Safe but unreliable
Wise decided unilaterally to block all monies coming into my account without warning me.
The result for me was I could see my account was active to send funds and therefore I naively beleived fully functional but Wise had unknown to be blocked all incoming funds.
Consequently I unnecessarily upset payers by accusing them of being late in paying.
Wise had decided without warning me blocked all funds coming into may account until I had added a further layer of identity verification.
I then discovered how difficult it is to contact the Wise help centre to ressolve an issue.
There is no obvious email, chat or phone number (in my language-french) merely a long list of FAQs.
To conclude, whilst Wise when it works is currently an excellent system (until such time as blockchain alternatives are readily available) it is necessary to maintain an alternative system for when Wise unilaterally decides to (partially) block accounts.

Skema murni penipuan!!!
Saya isi ulang akun bijak saya, mereka langsung memblokir akun saya, ketika mereka memeriksa dokumen mereka tidak dapat melihat dengan jelas wajah saya atau yang lainnya, saya mengirim foto baru, tunggu! Perusahaan itu penipu. Mereka memblokir akun tersebut tanpa menjelaskan alasannya. Percayalah, ini adalah taktik kerja yang murni penipuan.
