Our voucher, without rhyme or reason, withered into nothingness. I meticulously combed through their FAQs, and what do they recommend? Booking ahead! Yet, lo and behold, that very action triggers the vile activation of our voucher, not on the day of our experience but on the wretched day of booking. And so, in a mere three days, our voucher met its untimely demise.
But this treachery doesn’t stand alone; it thrives in numbers! Countless reviews across the digital realm echo our torment, confirming this is no isolated incident. What’s worse? The sniveling replies from GoCity’s management, pretending to have solved the issue, assuring that bookings wouldn’t trigger the GoCity pass. It’s all a sham, a blatant, premeditated deception!
And as if this weren’t enough to make one’s blood boil, let’s talk about their "customer service." What a jest! Rude, arrogant, and about as helpful as a paper umbrella in a hurricane. Two weeks of infuriating email exchanges finally yield a pitiful 20% refund, barely a fraction of our losses.
This experience, in all its wretchedness, cast a dark shadow over an otherwise splendid holiday. Spare yourself the torment; avoid this pitiful excuse for a company at all costs!

Alléchant et décevant .jamais plus par leurs soins
Malgré LES QR CODES refus du big bus,autres excursions 2 acceptées et 2 refusées.
Réclamation auprès du tour operator qui les propose manque de fiabilité et ne reconnaisse pas leurs insuffisances !!ne savent pas ni faire un avoir,ni un remboursement !!
