To be honest, I don’t understand everything first time. I am aware of my problem, and that is why I appreciate companies that are patient with their customers.
That’s why I like how FxPro customer service helps me to solve my problems. Support guys try to understand my issue and always help me.

  yeah, you correctly mentioned the role o customer support here. they always help traders and the quality of their help doesn’t depend on your skills, so it doesn’t matter who you are novice or an expert.
  they try to react rapidly and provide clients with a thorough, detailed answer. it was kinda surprising for me to find out that customer support may work like that. wish you’d know what I had to face before I met this broker… fortunately, the fate was on my side.
